TEST SERVER CHANGES


- We have set the /level command to 34 to facilitate testing in Wilton, the level 30-34 Battleground.



NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- The Crystal Titan's size has been decreased through its growth cycle. The final size of the Crystal Titan has also been decreased.

- (Pendragon Only) A bug which was sometimes causing players to jump to a far away "safe" point when re-entering the game has been fixed.



NEW FRONTIERS


- The keeps and towers claimed by guilds will now have the appropriate difficulty levels. Keeps located in the guild's home frontier have the lowest difficulty while keeps located in an enemy realm's non-coastal regions have the highest difficulty. The difficulty level of the keep determines the amount of guild realm points rewarded per hour. For keeps, the guild realm points rewarded per hour is equal to 1000 times the difficulty level. For towers, the guild realm points rewarded per hour is equal to 100 times the difficulty level.

- Pets set to 'Stay' will no longer teleport through a door with their controller.

- Pets which aren't within 1000 units of their controller will not teleport through a door with their controller.

- Brittleguards now teleport through doors with the caster.

- Empty boats will now have a 15 minute decay time, rather than 30 minutes.

- The cost for claiming keeps has been removed and now the only the guild bounty point cost for keeps is the hourly maintenance fee.

- The guild realm point award for owning towers is now 1/10 that of owning a keep.

- Keeps that are not claimed by a guild are no longer affected by downgrade timer pauses of any sort.

- Delve information has been added for standard and RvR resurrection illness effects.

- Players teleporting to New Frontiers from the Battlegrounds will now be teleported to the correct location.

- (Bug Fix) Players are no longer able to set the type on towers.

- Players can once again broadcast at Dun na nGed Spire and Caer Berkstead Guardtower.

- (Bug Fix) Amenities merchants are now killable.

- The vial of noxious vapors should no longer be incorrectly printing the effect which is meant to be played at the end of its cycle when it first lands.

- (Bug Fix) The PvP ruleset will now always use the 2 minute immunity timer on release, even in a Frontiers or Battleground zone.


Battleground Changes

- In response to player feedback, we have revised the terrain for the level 40-44 Battleground, Leirvik, for testing. Many of the islands in this battleground have been consolidated to provide more areas for land combat. We appreciate your feedback regarding the playability of the new Battleground terrain compared to the old terrain for this zone to choose which terrain to use for the final version of this Battleground.


New Frontiers Respecs

- (Pendragon Only) The Sophist's Realmstones were incorrectly being sold in stacks of 25. They are no longer being sold this way and they will not stack anymore. All stacks of Sophist's Realmstones will revert to a single Realmstone upon login.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- Realm abilities that the character cannot train due to their level now appear in [brackets]. Attempting to train that realm ability will tell the character that they cannot, and what level they must be to train the realm ability.

- Dashing Defense now plays the correct block or parry animation on the player using the realm ability. After using the ability, the player can now properly execute block or parry chains.

- Soldier's Barricade now stacks properly with all absorb buffs, including the Barrier of Fortitude realm ability.

- Necromancer pets now gain the benefit of their owner's Mastery of Pain skill.

- Mastery of Concentration now gives the correct chance to not be interrupted. Note that this chance can be lowered if the player is being attacked by a monster of greatly higher level.

- Arm's Length now gives the proper speed benefit.

- The delve for Speed of Sound and Arm's Length has been changed to be more descriptive.

- Prevent Flight now correctly has a 10% chance to apply a 25% snare for the correct duration.

- Mastery of Magery has been slightly reduced in effectiveness. Tier 3 and 4 will give an additional 5% bonus instead of 7% and Tier 5 will give an additional 5% bonus instead of 9%. The total bonus with Mastery of Magery V will now be 20% instead of 28%.


Siege Changes

- If a helper on a ram tries to swing when the ram has no target, they will receive a different message now.

- Fixed a bug where it was possible to miss with a siege weapon but not receive a 'miss' message.

- Mounted Trebuchets have their own animations now - the wheels will stay closer in on the tracks and will move slightly on their tracks after firing.

- We have increased the volume of destroyed sounds for siege engines, keep doors/gates, and keep walls.



CLASSIC CAMELOT WORLD NOTES


Item Notes

- Armor, weapons, and jewelry in the following dungeons have been upgraded to higher imbue, bonus, and quality values: Tepok's Mine, Catacombs of Cardova, Keltoi Fogue, Tomb of Mithra, Muire Tomb, Spraggon Den, Koalinth Caverns, Treibh Caillte, Nisse's Lair, Vendo Caverns, Cursed Tomb, and Varulvhamn.

- All arrows and bolts labeled as "blunt" now do crushing damage instead of thrusting damage.

- Shades and Shadows - Martley's cloak now has an icon.

- (Pendragon Only) Fixed an error in the scroll combines for the Ring of Unyielding Will artifact that would prevent two of the scrolls from combining properly.

- (Pendragon Only) The imbue values of the new artifacts have been set to the correct values.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- Heal spells/abilities used on oneself and heal spells/abilities used by Necromancers on their pets (excluding the heal-over-time line) now abort before casting and will not set recast timers if the user (or pet in the Necromancer's case) is at full health.

- Stealth detection range is now hard capped at 1900 units. This change should fix the bug with stealth ghosts being seen on the battlefield. The 1900 unit hard cap should only come into play in the most extreme of circumstances where an assassin with several levels of Mastery of Stealth is detecting an enemy stealther whose stealth is in the single digits.

- (Pendragon Only) Animist turrets should once again be picking random targets between each cast.

- (Pendragon Only) Area effects from auras such as the Crocodile Tear Ring or Cloudsong no longer play the spell effect on everyone in the area.

- (Pendragon Only) Guilds no longer have huge negative amounts of guild bounty points.



NEW FRONTIERS


- Dropping a relic (or getting killed with a relic and it falling to the ground) will now send a broadcast as to where the relic has dropped by region/zone or just zone if there is no region applicable.

- You should no longer be spammed with multiple "(Region) You have entered ..." messages.

- (Bug Fix) Necromancer pets should now port properly with their masters.

- (Bug Fix) Amenities NPCs now have their prices listed correctly in the hookpoint stores.

- (Bug Fix) The Power Pool and Endurance Pool Bonuses (for owning 16-17 keeps) are now applied immediately upon receiving them (previously the bonuses were only applying after zoning, relogging, or dying).


Realm Ability Changes and Bug Fixes

- You should no longer take an unarmed swing at people if attacking someone who used Selective Blindness on you.

- Speed of Sound and Arms Length now grant immunity to stun and snare/root spells as well as mesmerize spells. If the target is hit with a snare/root spell with a damage component, the spell will still damage, but will not snare/root. In addition, the delve for both of these realm abilities has been adjusted to reflect immunity to snare, root, and stun.

- If the target of a snare/root is using the Charge realm ability, they will still take damage even though they are immune to the snare/root effect (previously the spell failed without doing damage).

- (Bug Fix) Restore the Soul now removes other players' death sicknesses.

- The radius of the Hunter's unique realm ability, Entwining Snakes, has been reduced to 150 units.

- The Augmented Acuity realm ability is no longer available for training for Armsmen, Infiltrators, Mercenaries, Scouts, Berserkers, Savages, Shadowblades, Warriors, Blademasters, Nightshades, Hunters, Rangers, and Heros.

- The Mastery of Focus realm ability is no longer available for training for Friars, Wardens, Paladins, and Rangers.

- The Mastery of Concentration realm ability is no longer available for training for Paladins, Reavers, and Champions.


Siege Changes

- Players riding rams will receive a message when the controller leaves the ram, informing them there is no one controlling it.

- You will now receive a message if your siege equipment misses it's target because that target has moved away during the shot.

TEST SERVER CHANGES


- We have set the /level command to 39 to facilitate testing in Molvik, the level 35-39 Battleground.

- Bounty point costs for hookpoint purchases and keep maintenance have been set back to the normal/live values for testing.

Hookpoint Purchases - 10 gold/10 bounty points/10 guild bounty points
Keep Maintenance Costs per hour (based on current level) - 50, 50, 50, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 guild bounty points
Tower Maintenance Costs per hour (based on current level) - 5, 5, 5, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 guild bounty points


NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- There is no longer a range restriction on inviting a player into your group with the "/invite [name]" command.

- Siege and Essence resist types now display as such in spell effect delves.

- (Pendragon Only) The Necromancer ability, Facilitate Painworking is now working correctly.



NEW FRONTIERS


- There is now a realmwide broadcast when any relic gate opens telling which relic is now vulnerable.

- Volley no longer has a minimum range restriction.

- Players can no longer be stealthed by the Blanket of Camouflage master level ability if they are holding a relic.

- The names on the fast attack boats in the New Frontiers have been changed to reflect the boat's destination.

- Roaming guards will now run back to their keep and defend if a door or wall piece is broken.

- (PvP Ruleset Only) Player kill broadcast no longer display the region name.

- (PvP & PvE Rulesets) /Release will now take you to the nearest border keep, regardless of realm.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- Realm abilities with a minimum level requirement will no longer delve with a level 5 duration.

- Shadowstrike will no longer allow Shadowblades to get inside of structures (keeps/towers).

- The delves for Nature's Womb and Whirling Staff now show all spell information for these realm abilities.

- The Druid's unique realm ability, Nature's Womb, now works as per the realm ability documentation. It converts all melee and magic damage done to the Druid to healing for the duration of the spell. Note that the Druid is also stunned while this ability is active.

- The Nightshade's unique realm ability, Remedy, now levies the 10% hit point penalty when the ability is used, and refunds the hit points when the effect expires.

- Characters cloaked by the Dreamweaver ream ability will not display any effects at all when casting spells.

- The Blinding Dust realm ability will now cause archers to have a chance to fumble as well.

- It is no longer possible to lose health from Savagery buffs while using the Blissful Ignorance unique realm ability.

- Facilitate Painworking will now stack with and take precedence over Mastery of Concentration, if active.

- The realm ability, Ameliorating Melodies, will now fail if used while the player is not in a group.


Siege Changes

- Increased ballista damage versus players and monsters.

- The velocity of all rams has been increased.

- The range of the field ballista has been increased.

Item Notes

- Astral Blade of Illusions (Hibernia) now correctly summons Illusory Blades instead of Illusory Maces.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- (Pendragon Only) Heal spells will only fail if you are at full health if the spell is able to be cast on yourself only (Realm Abilities or self instant heals, in other words).

- A cap of 50% has been placed on the possible chance to gain a critical hit for melee and archery combat, direct damage spells, damage over time spells, and healing spells. Note that in the current realm ability system, the only way this cap could be breached was through combining the Mastery of Pain and Dual Threat realm abilities. Please note that the Berserk ability is an exception to this and has not been changed.

- Summon spells will now check line of sight to their "summon destination" (this is usually about 64 units in front of the caster). If they don't have line of sight, they will summon at the caster's feet instead.

- Crystal Titans and Battlewarders are no longer able to attack illegal targets (for example: keep doors).



NEW FRONTIERS


- Only one instance of a given type of combatant can be purchased at any given time per keep piece. For example, if you already have a runemaster attached to a hookpoint on a keep piece, you cannot attach another runemaster to that piece. The primary reason for this change is to limit the number of ranged guards that can be placed on hookpoints to defend the keep, to help address the difficulties melee classes encounter during keep attacks. We will be watching feedback closely regarding this change, and we will make adjustments as necessary.

- There should now be a 50% chance of missing targets which are riding rams and more than 100 units below you.

- Damage adds will now correctly apply to arrow shots fired from Volley.

- Players can no longer teleport through doors or teleport between keeps if they are mezzed, paralyzed, or rooted.

- Following pets will now check line of sight before backing up from their controller when he becomes too close. This should help prevent some of the situations where pets could be forced to back through doors.

- Hookpoints now check versus the max active for a given piece when the keep is upgraded/downgraded. For example, if a keep with a merchant on an amenity hookpoint drops to level 1, the amenity merchant goes away as there are no amenity hookpoints active at that level. Likewise, if there are three guards on a level 10 wall, and the keep drops to level 1, you will lose two of them, keeping the most recently purchased one. However, if the most recent one is on a hookpoint that ceases to exist (such as the points on the second level of a tier 4 wall), you will lose him as well.

- It should no longer be possible to drop a boat when the closest keep is within 16000 units and belongs to an enemy.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- The Mercenary unique realm ability, Blinding Dust, now correctly causes archers to fumble.

- Mastery of Concentration will not debuff a spell's effectiveness if a Necromancer also has Facilitate Painworking active.

- Necromancers no longer have access to the Augmented Quickness and Augmented Constitution realm abilities. These RAs do not affect the Necromancer's pet, and their usefulness to the untransformed Necromancer is minimal.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- A full skill respec has been granted to all characters above realm rank 1 (characters with at least 1 realm point) upon login. To use this respec, type '/respec all' in front of your class trainer. Please note that if you wish to use the full skill respec, you must do so before your character gains its next level.

- Added alliance and ranks to the list of /gc commands when just typing /gc.

- Dead players can no longer initiate, modify, or complete trades.

- Fixed a bug where if a player has Master Level 0 or higher, some spell timer icons would not darken on the client when used.



NEW FRONTIERS


- You can now zone with a relic from Frontiers into the Passage of Conflict dungeon. The relic is no longer dropped when the player holding the relic zones into the dungeon.

- Keep doors under the PvE ruleset are now equivalent to a level 5 keep door.

- The error statement seen when you attempt to '/gc type' a keep when far away from the lord now correctly states that you need to be close to the lord to set the keep type.


Battleground Siegemasters

- Siegemasters have been added to the portal keeps for all Battlegrounds. Prices for the equipment have been scaled based on the level of the battleground. Tokens from one battleground cannot be used in another battleground.

- There is one siegemaster per realm in the Proving Grounds (Level 1-4), The Lion's Den (Level 5-9), and The Hills of Claret (Level 10-14) Battlegrounds.

- There are two siegemasters per realm in Killaloe (15-19), Thidranki (20-24) and Braemar (25-29).

- There are three siegemasters per realm in Wilton (30-34), Molvik (35-39), and Leirvik (40-44).

- Note that since players will no longer need to purchase ammunition to use in the different pieces of siege equipment, no special ammunition has been included for the Battlegrounds. Normal ammunition is included with the new siege weapons.

- For those unfamiliar with siegemasters, here is how to use them: Purchase a token for the desired piece of siege equipment from the siegemaster. Turn in the token to the siegemaster and he or she will follow you. The siegemaster will follow you for a maximum of 10 minutes. Lead the siegemaster to the location you wish the siege equipment to be created at and right-click on the NPC. Answer the siegemaster's question and he (or she) will then create the piece of equipment. Once the equipment is made, the siegemaster will return to the portal keep so that someone else may purchase siege equipment. Watch out - siegemasters can be killed by enemy players!


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- Whirling Dervish has been renamed to Adrenaline Rush.

- Longshot has been renamed to Trueshot.

- We have removed the Excited Frenzy realm ability. This change affects the Cabalist, Spiritmaster, Bonedancer, and Enchanter classes.

- The re-use timer on Ameliorating Melodies has been increased to 15 minutes.

- The radius on Decimation Trap has been decreased to 350.

- The re-use timer on the third tier of the Charge realm ability has been increased to 90 seconds.

- The Reaver unique realm ability, Soul Siphon, now correctly takes the user's Soulrending skill into account when casting.

- AF debuff spells are now modified downward by Mastery of Concentration.

- Heal procs from items will no longer have a chance to do critical heals with the Wild Healing realm ability.

- The Viper realm ability will only increase damage for poisons.

- If you have a style queued, it will no longer fire from a Reflex Attack riposte.

- Power heal spells (such as Mystic Crystal Lore and Raging Power) cast on oneself now fail if the caster is at full power.

- Pulsing spells cast through realm abilities will no longer be extended outside of the caster's group through the Crocodile's Tear Ring.


Siege Changes and Fixes

- (Bug Fix) Boiling oil now does damage again to rams and players.



CLASSIC CAMELOT WORLD NOTES


Item Notes

- Some bows and crossbows that had been set to a generic damage type have been changed to "Thrusting". Please note that this was done for consistency only, as the damage type is determined by the arrows/bolts.

- All arrows and bolts should now be able to be combined in stacks of up to 200.



TRIALS OF ATLANTIS WORLD NOTES


Encounters - General

- The final encounter for each trial will now have twice the chance to produce a Star of Destiny.


Item Notes

- The Celestial Healing spell on A Healer's Embrace cloak will now heal the wearer in addition to realmmates.

- The Fountain of Health and the Fountain of Power spells on Jacina's Sash will now affect the wearer in addition to realmmates.

- The damage multipliers and durations have been reduced for the siege spells on the Bruiser and Fool's Bow artifacts.

TEST SERVER CHANGES


- We have set the /level command to 44 to facilitate testing in Leirvik, the level 40-44 Battleground.



NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- (Pendragon Only) Players attempting to teleport to their house or guild house will no longer fall through the world.



NEW FRONTIERS


- (Bug Fix) Characters holding relics inside dungeons (e.g. Passage of Conflict and Summoner's Hall) will now move at the correct speed.

- (Bug Fix) Characters holding relics will no longer be able to carry them while under water. The relic will drop out of inventory and remain on the water surface if the character holding the relic submerges.

- Trades of relics from a player above water to an underwater player will now fail.

- (Bug Fix) Immunity timers will now set properly for cases where a player relogs or zones after releasing to the border keep at any point during a play session.

- Melee attacks against a destroyed object (keep doors, pieces, etc) will no longer print out damage messages, but will instead print out the 'no effect' message. Attempting to cast on destroyed walls and doors will now prevent you from doing so.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- The abilities Barrier of Faith, Bedazzling Aura, and Soldier's Barricade no longer stack with each other.

- The Negative Maelstrom storm will now reach its maximum damage value faster.

- If multiple group members have Dashing Defense active, only one group member will check to see if they Dashingly Defend.

- Mastery of Magery has been reduced in effectiveness. It now gives 2% more damage at level 1, 4% total at level 2, 7% total at level 3, 11% total at level 4, and 15% total at level 5.

- Avoidance of Magic has been reduced in effectiveness. It now gives a 2% bonus to all magic resistances at level 1, 5% total at level 2, 10% total at level 3, 15% total at level 4, and 20% total at level 5.

- The radius of Calming Notes has been reduced from 1000 to 750.

- The duration of Minion Rescue has been reduced to 6 seconds.

- The radius on Entwining Snakes has been increased from 150 to 350 and the snare has been changed so it will break on attack.

- Allure of Death no longer gives crowd control duration reduction but instead grants a 75% chance of out right resisting crowd control.

- The re-use timer of Nature's Womb has been changed to 10 minutes.

- The re-use timer of Fury of Nature has been changed to 10 minutes.

- The re-use timer of Tactics has been changed to 10 minutes.

- The re-use timer of Vale Defense has been changed to 10 minutes.

- (Bug Fix) Perfect Recovery will no longer leave PvE resurrection sickness.

- (Bug Fix) First Aid and Ignore Pain no longer require you to select yourself to check to see if you are at full health.

- (Bug Fix) Mastery of Magery now gives a bonus to damage over time spells cast through a Necromancer's pet.



Siege Changes and Fixes

- (Bug Fix) Players can no longer target dead players using siege.

- (Bug Fix) Siege weapons aimed at corpses will no longer damage them.

- Ram operators will make the ram that they are driving move faster if they have the Lifter realm ability.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- Fixed an issue where some monsters in Deep Volcanus would blink in and out periodically as they were fighting.

- Damage over time spells can no longer be cast on objects.

- Brittle Guards cast by Necromancers are now friendly instead of neutral.

- When Bodyguard fails because the user is preparing a shot or casting, it will now print a message to the user.

- Bodyguard will no longer borrow a re-use timer from Camouflage.



NEW FRONTIERS


- Trueshot's error messages now correctly report the name of the ability as Trueshot instead of Longshot.

- (PvP Server Only) The snare component has been removed from the RvR death sickness for the PvP ruleset.

- (PvP Server Only) Keeps of level 5+ will now correctly give the keep take award to anyone in the area that doesn't belong to the owning guild. The realm point pool will also be correctly divided based off of guild.

- (Bug Fix) Player controlled boats with passengers on them will no longer delete themselves.


Battleground Changes

- Leirvik, the level 40-44 Battleground, has had one NPC added to each realm's portal keep. This new NPC will cast an Underwater Breath spell upon players who interact with it.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- (Bug Fix) The Bonedancer's unique realm ability, Allure of Death, will now shapechange you into a green-con monster named 'fossil guardian'.

- The Bard's unique realm ability, Dreamweaver, will no longer shapechange you into the appearance of any pure caster.

- (Bug Fix) Spells cast by Bards who are under the Dreamweaver effect now play spell effects (such as resist animations, crowd control ZZZs, etc) on their target. They still will have no visible effects on themselves and no casting animations at all.

- (Bug Fix) The first level of the Vanish realm abiity no longer gives the character any speed bonus. The character will now move at normal stealth speed (plus any Mastery of Stealth bonuses).

- (Bug Fix) If the Vanish realm ability is triggered and fails because the player is carrying a relic or controlling siege weaponry, the realm ability timer is reset.

- (Bug Fix) The Mentalist's unique realm ability, Selective Blindness, now breaks when the mentalist initiates an aggressive action on the target.

- (Bug Fix) Ferocious Will now correctly gives the player an absorbtion buff that ticks up by 5% every 5 seconds for a max of 25% at 25 seconds. Previously this ability was giving the player a 25% buff for the first tick of the ability.

- (Bug Fix) The Fury of Nature and Spirit Martyr heal pools no longer are multiplied by the number of people in the character's group.

- The Champion Badge of Valor RA has been modified to "cap" on additional damage at the Scale/Chain absorb level. Champions should do similar damage to Scale/Chain/Plate-armored characters (which is significantly greater a bonus than vs. Leather or Cloth).

- First Aid and Ignore Pain should no longer get Wild Healing criticals.

- The Savage's unique realm ability, Blissful Ignorance has been changed to fire off all available Savagery abilities for free. The 30 second window for further free usage of Savagery abilities has been removed.

- Moving while preparing an Assassination now cancels it. The delve for this ability has been adjusted to match the change made to this ability.


Siege Changes and Fixes

- Players are no longer able to take control of a ram or ride on a ram when hidden. If a player is controlling or riding siege, they are no longer able to become hidden.

General

- Cotswold has undergone merchant renovation, many of the NPCs in the town now have combined stores and some missing stores in order to reduce time spent looking around for a specific store. Please note that we will be renovating other towns in Albion, Midgard, and Hibernia in a future version.

TEST SERVER CHANGES


- The /level command has been set back to 30 for Pendragon.



NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES


- The poison created by the Essence Flare master ability will now vanish when the user logs out of the game (this includes going link dead).



NEW FRONTIERS


- Player controlled boats will now properly despawn after the 15 minute deletion timer expires.

- (Bug Fix) Pets will now correctly move up ladders again.

- (PvP Server) Fixed a bug where hookpoint healer guards would heal enemy guild players.


Launch Day and New Frontiers

- Today, on Pendragon, we are testing hot changes that we plan to apply to the live servers on launch day. These changes are intended to allow realms to establish a front line on the launch day of New Frontiers. We plan to launch at noon, put up stage one at approximately 3:00, stage two at approximately 5:00, and the final stage approximately at 9:00 PM. No matter what else happens on launch day, the final stage will go live at approximately 9:00 PM EDT, but the timing of the other stages will likely change based on server status and other behind the scenes factors. Please watch the Camelot Herald for more information.

Launch: At launch all relics will be returned to their home shrines, all keeps and towers will be unclaimed and un-upgraded, set to level 1. All keeps and towers can be claimed and upgraded, but cannot be attacked.

Stage One, accompanied by a system broadcast alerting players of the change - we will set Caer Benowyc, Bledmeer Faste, and Dun Crauchon to be attackable (including all associated towers).

Stage Two, accompanied by a system broadcast alerting players of the change - we will set Caer Berkstead, Caer Erasleigh, Caer Boldiamm, Nottmoor Faste, Hlidskialf Faste, Glenlock Faste, Dun Crimthainn, Dun Bolg, and Dun na nGed to be attackable (including all associated towers).

Stage Three, starting at approximately 9pm eastern on launch day, accompanied by a system broadcast alerting players of the change, we will set Caer Sursbrooke, Caer Renaris, Caer Hurbury, Blendrake Faste, Fensalir Faste, Arvakr Faste, Dun da Behnn, Dun Scathaig, and Dun Ailinne to be attackable (including all associated towers).

- The intention is to allow realms to develop their 'front line' in RvR combat, without pushing through unclaimed and un-upgraded keeps and towers to snatch relics and keeps in the hours immediately after launch.

- The primary reason that we use the term 'approximately' is to note that these will be hot changes to the servers, and, as such, these changes will gradually flow to each server. While we will be making these changes as quickly and as carefully as possible, the process is not instantaneous. And, of course, being launch day, there may be unforeseen issues that alter these planned times.

- We will be running through this progression today on Pendragon to check for bugs and issues. There is no set timeline for Pendragon, as we will be verifying each hot change has been made successfully before moving to the next one.


Realm Ability Changes and Fixes

- Removed the realm ability, Arrow Salvaging.

- Added the realm ability, Arrow Summoning for Rangers, Scouts, and Hunters. When activated, this ability will summon 30 mystical footed flight broadhead arrows, 10 of each of the three types: Barbed, Keen, Blunt. This is a three tier ability with the costs of 5/10/15 and the re-use time of 900/120/5 seconds respectively. These arrows cannot be traded and will disappear when a character logs out of the game.

- Barrier of Fortitude now stacks with all other primary and secondary absorb spells (such as the Valewalker absorb line and the Friar absorb line).
